1. Company & Platform Information
Delta Nine business group (trading as Laijau), headquartered at Bohara Tol, Kageshwori Manahara 09, Kathmandu, Nepal (VAT No: 604335148), provides footwear, apparel, and lifestyle products via the Laijau.com storefront.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR: Rs.). Prices reflect the authentic retail price at our Kathmandu central warehouse.
3. Orders, Delivery & Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available exclusively for deliveries within the Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur). For addresses outside the Valley, orders are fulfilled upon manual verification of payments via eSewa, Khalti, or Bank Transfer.
4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
